What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard wholesale MOQ is 10 pairs per style and color. Dropshipping is supported for selected styles with single-pair orders.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes. We support dropshipping and can ship directly to your customer with neutral packaging on request.

Can I get a lower price for larger orders?

Yes. Product pages show tiered quantity pricing. For 300+ pairs or mixed container orders, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I customize the shoes or packaging?

Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services including custom logos, private labels, colorways, shoe boxes, and packaging. Sample lead time is usually 3-7 working days.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Browse the catalog, confirm styles and quantities, then send your inquiry through the contact page, email, or WhatsApp. We will provide a proforma invoice and final shipping cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through WooPayments. For bulk orders, bank transfer and other trade terms may be available after confirmation.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the USA, Europe, and most countries worldwide with express and freight options.

How long does shipping take?

Stock orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days. International express delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch.
